Someone seems to be in love with his cat :). And why not - she is such a beauty.
Coming to photo- I feel it is an average composition. The subjects beauty is not really getting highlighted and somehow it does not click the word "comfort" at first look.
What would have worked -
-Better Crop (with more of subject and less of distracting elements like rug or clothes)
-Better Contrast (Post-processing can do wonders to such well exposed photo)
When the subject is not-so-unique, always try to make the photo unique by trying different angle, crop and even post-processing. Some people do wonders with simple dodge-burn on 'common' subjects.

There are a lot of cat photos in this challenge and I think that might go against you. Also the texture in the wall is competing for attention with the cat in this picture. Only 5 from me I am afraid. Keep shooting though.
