 The thing that comforts me most on a rainy, sad, stressful, overwhelming or 'just because I fee like it day' is a good tear jerker or book about Bette Davis.
Give me a box of kleenex, a glass of Lambrusco, and the lights down low and I am in a whole nother world.
The Queen of unattractive, beautiful and domineering irreverance is how powerful she was. She was captivating yesterday on the big screen, and is still today in the private arena.
Old Bette' movies and books..My comfort zone.
I'm the 'Fan'.

I think the glasses should either be more there or not there. Being dark, out of focus, and partially cropped they seem to me more an oops than an intentional part of the picture. I do like how the lighting is centered on her face though, really brings it out.
