Coldest Day of the Year!

Problems with this photo that I am aware of before voting:

*She's OOF (I don't know how that happened, I am always so conscientious of where I am focusing, aaargh!) Maybe I was shaking since it was so cold!

*Her outfit. Definitely not high fashion.

*The people in front of her -- although some will think it's a flaw, it's one of the reasons I choose this picture over others. I like the way it frames her.

*You can't see that there's a photographer taking her pix. I think it's cool to photograph the photographer, but his camera was not impressive, and his stance looked very posed. I didn't want people to think I staged this because if I had, I would have staged it differently. I thought overall he would have detracted from the photo instead of added. Which is one reason I decided to use this picture where he's not visible.

I love her pose here. I think she looks ethereal. It was FREEZING!!!!

Despite all that I wanted to submit a picture of my NYC trip and I think it's a pretty cool capture. NYC Times Square and There She Was!

Hope I don't get crushed!!!

Edit: Choose a different photo. Thought this couldn't overcome the out of focus.

Thanks for your comments ShutterPug. I wish this was in focus. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw her there, I thought it was such an amazing capture. You can imagine my dissapointment when I got home to find out it was OOF!
