 Rotate, crop, extract red channel, grayscale, duotone (black and Pantone 7411), levels, USM, resize, USM, save for Web. I used a reversed Canon EF 28-80mm f/3.5-5.6 II with my A70 to get the shot.

I did an image like this for the 'Off-Centered Subject II' challenge but mine didn't have the lovely cobweb and dew though.

I think I understand what you were trying to do, but I would have liked to have seen more than one barb in focus.
