I really like the subject and the composition in this photo but for me it begs to be in color instead of duotone. I think it is because the lack of color denies some of the detail in her features.

"Tell me more of your story dear woman" ... your photo makes me want to find out more about her life... a few things that you might want to look at are; the highlights in thie shot look a bit washed out for my tastes.. would love to have her face lit better - this was a very difficult shot to expose I am sure
