He looks, i think, as though he's posing for the shot - actually, he was in the middle of realising that he was in shot, and turning to get out of it.

In my humble opinion, your picture should have reached the top 50 at least. Very strange how people interpret photography sometimes. Your picture is far better than mine in this particular challenge, and I got a better score...I cannot explain. In any events, I just want to congratulate for your composition, great job!

I've seen lots of pictures of "columns with person", but never one as interesting as this. Beautiful light, excellent processing, but most of all a really brilliant composition. There's something musical about the synergy of it ... delete any one "part" (the man, the columns, or the floor) and the experience is dismantled. 10.
