brilliant. I love these sorts of images, with deep black shadows, and then sparkling lights. Very beautiful!

Pads are interesting subjects. There is usually distractions around them like bright reflections from drops and the general water surface, not to mention underwater issues like plant pots. You did a good job. But I think the real skill is getting the pads right along with some floral colour. The flowers add dimension too, but also difficulty.

I love this subject. The stars of light on the lily pad are also great. I just think the softness of the water and the contrast of the water spots is fantastic.

Great use of selective desat here friend. The eye really is led throughout the entire image and rests on this beautiful pad ;)

That's what I was thinking but when I converted this to b/w the focus shoots more towards the bright lilly pad on the right. Here's the b/w version:
