PS Work:

Sharpen with USM (330/0.2/0)
Change to monochrome by adding 2 adjustment layers (hue/sat) then playing with the color channels lightness.
Levels to bring back the balck and white points
Curves to adjust the shadows and highlights to bring out the wider range of tones.
Change to greyscale mode
Change to Duotone mode
Select black and a blue tone as th inks
Adjust the curves on the inks to get the best possible range of blue tones.
Change back to RGB mode


Crop, resize image and save for web.

Great composition but I think it would benefit by doing it with warm/hot colours, looks more like a snow scene here. 6

The front area is too dark. I suspect this photo would be better if you took it a different time of day.
