nice use of the blue and nice sharp image. pity the perspective gives the bridge a kinda weird sloped look.

Not only a creative use of color in your duotone image but you have covered the range with your tones. Nice work with the topic. My first reaction was to my perception that the horizon felt tilted. It may not be but I'd be surprised if I'm the only one for whom the image ellicits this feeling. Have you tried rotating the image 2-3 degrees clockwise?
