 My first entry, I took this from my frosted over bedroom window.

Did a gradient map, USM and resized.

Wow, the title definitely starts the imagination in motion here. The blue/purple-ish tone is a perfect representation of cold.

To me, photo's like this one can be very boring and contrived....almost an afterthought kind of "hey, this is actually sorta kinda a photograph".....not this one....this one works! I really like it though I can't exactly put my finger on why.
