Ouch, I have the same dead pixel problem with my camera (though mine generates about 10 of them--be thankful you only have one XP). Since it's basic editting I think dead pixels are easily forgiven, though.
Anyway, I really like this shot, the lighting is very well done. I love the viginette feel, and the top of the screw head really stands out. It's got a very abstract feel to it, but it doesn't seem sloppy or chaotic, either. A couple of the hotspots are a little distracting, but not too much to affect it overall. I only wish it were a little easier to make out the figure of the sax player. |
