An excellent portrait with a wonderful integration of the many elements that make such a thing. Onions or not, both pose and expression are not only convincing but astounding given the Mona Lisa-esque blend.
In variance with another commentator (below), I especially appreciate the title, which attributes nothing external to the image except the idea that suffering is universal, which clearly places this photograph in the public realm.

Nice exposure on the skin. I also like the fact it's not a literal heart image. One of the best images here. |

Amazing. The effect of the wind in her hair is a wonderful emotion-stirrer. Great job. I like the title too. |

Nobody is!
Good portrait outside in the darkness. Looks like it is taken in Iceland. Am I right? |

I've been looking at your image for a few minutes now. Overall I really like it. Great composition, clarity and lighting. The one thing I keep going back to is her expression. I see the tear, but sometimes it looks like she is about to smile - maybe it's that near Mona Lisa-like look, but that's just me. 9 |

Another photo with no heart in it, the voters have to read the title to make the connection. |
