 channel mixer and change to B&W, Dodging and Burning, a little dodge, a little burn, a little curves, size for web.

Amazing the damage these tenacious big furry beasts can do with a basement flood....

Taken at Freemont Land in Peterborough during a class field trip with my son to see the new beaver habitat that sprang up on the other side of this pond. This one is not the oldest on the land, but its caused the conservation lands neighbors a LOT of trouble - keeps flooding out thier houses and the beavers really like to eat fruit trees....

I've been experimenting with winter sunlight and filters and everyday landscapes lately. I don't think this one has enough punch to make top 20, but I want to record my progress on this, and I took a lot of time planning the editing process on this one....

Nice image, maybe focusing in more on only one tree would strengthen the image.

I like the froground trees, but the background is too dark and the barn looks like a blob in the background with any detail. Composition is well done and I like the reflection in the ice. 5
