Oh my this is a ugly picture. Why the focus on the teeth and complexion? Maybe better in B&W?

For me, if you had pulled back this would be more effective. The skin tones seems a bit red and her right eye is totally black which is kind of creepy.

Composition is good but it's very grainy. Not sure about the colours either, they look a bit unnatural.
