Hey... that's not a bad start Damon.. is really good, considering what was there. :)
You asked for opinions, so here goes... on the middle person (I think it's a boy), where you worked on the top(shirt?), right below chin: any way to get this area a little darker? Maybe add a very very light touch of burning on a separate layer, blending it.
As for her hair.. you have done great job on it! :) If it were me, I would try and add a few lighter shades here and there toward the back and top, since the lighting is coming from that direction. I would also add a little bit more height to the top front.
All of these suggestions are just that, only suggestions. In no way does it diminish the great work you have already done. Or at least they are not made to diminish it. :)
