My aim was to focus on the element of patience found in temperance; it has been argued that they go hand in hand. The blurriness is most likely caused by moving the camera - macro lenses can be tricky that way. Thanks for the comments, and I hope you'll all forgive my _horrid_ typo (no sarcasm).

Love the composition here and the unique clock you've chosen. Lighting seems a little harsh on the left and the color seems a bit flat. Perhaps bumping the contrast up a little and the brightness down, or using the unsharp filter to sharpen up the edges a bit could help?

To be honest, I'm kind of at a loss on how to score this. On one hand, I like the overall softness, but on the other hand I wonder if it would be a stronger image without the soft haze/screen. Sorry, I'm not a very technical person. I like the idea, but for me, I think it would work better with more saturation.

The softness is used well here.

seems too soft for the type of clock...but interesting all the same!

I would prefer more contrast here, I have the feeling of having a pale grey layer above the image. As for the subject and the composition, I like it very much.

Temperance has nothing to do with time. Also, you need to check your spelling

Nice composition, but looks like the clock face glass washed out the picture.
