To be a successful picture, the subject needs to be sharp while the background is blurred. In this case, everything is blurred.

Nice colors. But it's just too difficult to figure out what is going on here. I sharper and larger subject in motion would be better.

Sorry, but everything is blurry. Part of the challenge description says:
"bring out foreground from background"
