| This is just about one of the worst pictures I have ever seen, unless you are blind you realize this picture is very very poor so I don't feel bad telling you what you allready know. |

Sorry, but everything is blurry. Part of the challenge description says:
"bring out foreground from background"
You did not do that. |

| I'm not sure in what sense this is motion panning. It appears to be more of a motion blur shot. |

| Cute idea. Would be better if subject were moving and sharply caught with panning to meet the challenge. |
