Not bad but when I look at this shot I can´t help but wonder if a wider angle would not have been better, if you would have included the bottom of the sled and the children on the right. 5 from me.
Great shot, and love that you captured the cat face along with the rest of the family and friends. Nice balance of sharpness and just enough motion panning blur.
A fun picture - it has movement, colour, funny faces - really quite engaging. I can't help but feel that there is something missing though. I'm afraid my own inexperience doesn't enable me to say what it is. Nothing wrong with your panning technique.
