Sorry, but with those heads in the background, this can only come across as a poorly composed and rather rushed snapshot. The subject was a good one which fitted the challenge, although I can imagine not easy to take a picture of. In future, though, at least wait until you can get a clear shot.

Hi. I like the idea of the picture, but the background seems to busy to me, and takes away from the subject, which is the missing antler. Maybe a different angle would emphasize it more

I think the composition lets you down here - the people in the background don't add anything but the attention is drawn away from the dear to them and the lighter area

The people in the background are distracting and the deer (deer?) seems a bit out of focus.
