ack, if only he were sharper this would probably be my favorite of the bicycle photos, what with the water and the railing and the sunset. Really good composition and choice of subject, just a little too blurry overall.

Really blurry. Next time look at the picture, and ask yourself this question "does this picture look nice, or does it look really blurry." If your answer to yourself is "this picture is really blurry" then delete the picture and take a new one.

the rider looks as blurred as the background. Probably because they are right next to each other. More distance between the two would have increased this photo loads

yes and no. a little to blurry and composition is average. but the photo works regardless.

Sorry, but everything is blurry. Part of the challenge description says:
"bring out foreground from background"
You did not do that.

Pretty good attempt at a difficult challenge. Would be better if subject were sharper, try matching the motion more exactly and/or slightly faster shutter speed.

The bike and rider really are not focused enough for me. The picture as whole is just a blur. You really had a great scene here though :)
