 I wish this wasn't basic editing. There are several flaws I would love to dispose of.

I received a lot of complaints re my fantasy challenge submission for cropping one eye in half. I hope I'm not dinged for cropping out both eyes and my nose! My expression actually looks pretty dorkey if you see the whole thing.

It is a really nice shot, I love the subdued colors and the cropping is excellent. The only small problem is the blown out light on the right side and I think that actually works with this particular shot.

You might try a less harsh light. It is a little washed out with harsh shadows.
