 This was an unexpected shot. I was traveling through South Carolina and decided to stop to see what pictures I could grab. The sun had gone down, so I setup for a long exposure with the flash set for second curtain. I ended up with this interesting photo. The green reflection on the water is from the apartment windows above the water fall.

Much better. Perhaps an expert in pp could help you more with possible tweaking of colors etc in this to try to bring out the best in it. The only other suggestion I would have is a more finely tuned crop, especially on the left, or otherwise cloning out that rock, but fairly minor. Also difficult to discern whether it needs a slight nudge rotation up on the right - hard to tell though.

Looks like good potential, what I can discern - if it were 640 (width in this case), make this better in my opinion.
