 This was a part of a set of photos I was doing inspired by photos of holywood stars from the 50s/60s.

Converted to black and white with channel mixer. Fixed minor blemishes.

Lovely image. Just enough light on the right side of her face, good separation of her shoulder from the background and a beautiful look from the model. Nicely done.

Very pretty look on her face. the shadows are a bit too dark at her right side, maybe use a screen to get some light there next time?

Maybe it's just my monitor, but I'd like to see enough light on her neck so we can be sure her head is attached to her body. I'm looking at a face floating in space. I don't care much for the tilt, either.

I think this would convey old hollywood glam a little better if it were in soft focus...

Woe, amazing portrait. Very nice shadows playing across her face. I like the way her head is tited and leaning slightly. THe glimmer in her eye is very nice. I also like the pearls around her neck.
