 These dogs cannot sit still. They always want to run and when they have the slightest feeling that they can go they are moving, whining and barking. The sound of 40 enthousiastic whining dogs (not your average domesticated dog's whine) is really something special.

So, it is very hard to get a good shot of them, especially in the dim januari light above the artic circle where you soon find yourself shooting at ISO800 f2 1/50s....

I love this dog! and I am a "cat" person usually. beautiful blue eyes and I love this blur effect around him.

nice profile take.

We have a wolfdog- 83% arctic wolf and 17% malamute. She can't sit still either. TOo bad we don't get snow here! I'd invest in a sled and have her pull me around lol.
