Well, the shot is nice but isn't outstanding, it can be improved with more color saturation, sharpness and maybe contrast. But the title is very funny and creative, so I'd give you a 10 just for that.

Since the surfer's orange shirt is what catches and grabs our attention, the surfer would seem to be the main subject of this image--and his shirt and head are at just about the exact centre of the horizonatl dimension of the image, unfortuantely.
