I took this picture during winter break on Alacatraz Island... I mean I visted the island, I didn't spend break there. I liked the contrast of how calm and rundown the island seemed to the hectic city life nearby.

obviously that's SF in the background... so this must have been taken from the Marin Headlands area... but I have no idea what that building is! this is a refreshing and unusual perspective on a very distinctive skyline.
