Thanks, guys.

This was in the basement of my dorm building, pipes and the fire alarm on the ceiling. It was pretty hard to get a clean shot of it...because of my camera sucking most of the shots came out blurry, and I didn't want to use a flash to blow it all out because I wanted to retain the original lighting. Lots of curves editting to bring out the color contrast, a narrow crop and resizing without constraining proportions to give it that stretched look.

Wish I could have applied a selective gaussian blur to get rid of some of the grain. Tried to manually add grain, but I didn't like it as much.

i really like the sense of depth in this shot. converging lines and bright center really make it.

Nice photo. The leading lines the pipes create are really nice, they actually lead to something, not just of the frame. The high contrast is not my favorite, but I am sure some people like it. There also seems to be a lot of grain here, there is also a lot of color in the grain which I don't like very much.
