 Long exposure, road in town. Taken a bit after dark, stopped down aperture to get a long enough shutter to expose the road and get a good streak from the lights of the cars, but still give a starburst effect - in this case it was F/18 and 8 second shutter.

I would love to know if you had to do anything special to make the street light to appear starlike, also love the angle of the shot.
