I always love pictures of old things with other old things showing in the distance. For me, it seems to help lock up the time period of old relics like this one. It gives it a sense of reality and helps the viewer feel the entire scene.

To me, I feel like when I can take a picture of an old object surrounded by other objects from the same time period, It becomes a place in time rather than just a cool picture of something old.
