 The right place, at the right time, with the wrong camera! Actually, if I had my E-20 it would have taken too long to assemble the teleconverter to the lens and I would have missed this shot, as I only got two pics off before the bird moved on.

Spot metered off the white feathers of the swan so as not to blow out the highlights, a mistake imo, as the second shot I used center-weighted and liked the result much better, but not as nice a composition, so I went with this one and fixed it in PP.

I really like how the swan stands out so well agains the dark background. I think the centered composition works very well too.,

I like hoe the white goose stands out from the little ducks - maybe compse a little differently though. I have no problem with centering - it just is not the best in my mind for this image.

Beautiful shot. LIke the way you have processed to have the Goose stand out from the dark background without blowing the highlights.

This is so beautiful with the contrasting pure whites and the sepia tones. And being one myself who loves ducks and beautiful duck & bird photos, this one especially appeals to me! I think it's just fantastic!
