I guess she was taking a try at the "drama queen" routine freehand selection around her invert delete background to make it black cloned out a few spots adjusted hue/saturation lightness crop added borders

How dod you get the reflexion on the floor?
How do you adjust the color? Do you decrease the saturation a lot?
