The design (obviously) is theirs, I was struck with the way the light as it changed from bright to quite dark, off the angles of each cross, making each one slightly different and the haze of those winter clouds muting just about everything.

Nice lighting/colouration of the crosses against the sky. Despite the challenge topic I actually find the sign itself detracts a little from the rest of the image.
