 Taken at a friends house, with all natural light. Somewhat centered, but i think just enough off to make it a tad more interesting. Textured couch behind his head. Bit of sharpening, and crop off the right side.
Oh, and this is one of my earliest photo's I had ever taken with my new camera... It'll be interesting how it will do! I'm not expecting anything at all, I've just been in a bit of a slump lately, lol

Nice job getting him/her to pose. The background is just a little bit distracting and the focus looks a little soft. Still a nice portrait, though.

A nice but not remarkable pet photo the grey of the fur blends into the background fabric and the cropping of the image isn't showcasing your feline friend.

The background in this shot doesn't seem to work well and the blackness of the cat gets lost in it.

Not real sure about the black background here. Nice looking cat. I like the fact that the cat is not centered. A little washed out on the white, especially above the nose. I do like the capture however.

Good looking cat! The lighting is a little flat and the dark background hides his/her ears. (I have the same problem with my black and white cat - I try to get him with a color background, but he never sits still.)

Nice detail in the cat, but I find the pattern on the background distracting. Using dodge and burn to make the background solid black would improve this I think :)
