Great photo! I love the fact that they are just standing in front of the long road ahead of them, a metaphor for life. And teh scene is excellent: most of it empty, with a few clouds and trees.
Don't you think that "The path we're about to take" would be better for a title?

I wonder how this photo would feel with the subjects in motion - walking down the road. I think that would have been more interesting than being left to ponder about what they are pondering. I am left feeling that their car is about 10 feet behind the camera. :)

I'd like to see the people walking down the path, with a bit more of their shadows.

heartwarming atmosphere ;P
imo it would have worked well if the persons were standing more far away so that you can see their shadows completely.
the two spots (sun reflection?) on the persons backs are a bit distracting (bad that cloning is forbidden ;()but
nice and lovely pic though

Classic, love the use of monochrome. Compositionally excellent. Maybe just having the camera six inches higher would have brought his head below the horizon to help make the composition perfect.

The couple seems to be too stage-managed, maybe if they were walking the shot may have worked better. Nice shot though, 7

I like the image and title, I wonder would a fork in the road would have added to it.
