In food processor, combine 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese and 1 tablespoon catsup for dressing. Process until smooth. Stir in 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion, 1 tablespoon sweet relish and 1/8 teaspoon salt.

In a medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken, 1/2 cup sliced celery and 1/2 cup chopped red or green peppers. Add dressing and toss to mix.

Divide salad among 4 spinach lined dinner plates. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sliced almonds and 2 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes.

Composition, lighting and colors are good. Shallow DOF ma be a little too shallow. There is not a lot that is in sharp focus at all. Shooting at a higher f/stop to widen the DOF more would would well. The image does not need to be in sharp focus everyhere, just more than it is.

Well presented.....

for me the angle of the shot is a little strange.

nice perspective, nice lighting, and great use of colour, but the dish needs to be closer to the front of the image, its just too far away.

I like the perpective and the yellow background. I do not like the "fuzzy" focus on the fork and the salad is also slightly out of focus. 6

Not a good angle.... Decent presentation though

Unfortunate crop, looks yummy but a different lighting setup may have helped make it "pop"

Composition is ok, but the food itself (however good it might taste) just doesn't look photographically attractive to me.

Hi. The food looks yummy. ;^) Couple of things that I'm not sure about in regards to the composition of this image. The fork is getting almost more impact than the food dish. If you wanted the fork to add something to the image without distracting it may have been better suited on the other side. The choice of background (tablecloth) color is a little overpowering.

Nice picture, but more DOF would have helped

Too tight a crop, shouldn't have cut off the edge of the plate.

I don't like tilted cameras -- makes one spend time wondering why the plate and food don't just slide right off the table. Why have that (out of focus) fork in the foreground detracting from the food?

the perspective doesn't really add much to the photo for me

I like the yellow background.

Nice composition and colors. More DOF to include fork in foreground would be better.

I think your perspective hurts the picture. The slant makes it look as if the plate is sliding off the table. I don't care much for the out of focus fork, and I wish you hadn't clipped off part of the plate.
