Good potential in my opinion, even as a silhouette (the bird, obviously). The vertical framing 'works' here, but perhaps a square one or more horizontal (either way just more space 'somewhere'), a nudge rotation up on the left to get 'subjects' straight and better focus (looks blurred), would all have helped this in my opinion.
