 this guy was obviously...what's the politically correct term....mmm...a bit mentally challenged..was quite happy to pose for a shot..and i thank him for that and hope the reality of his situation never hits home

What a ton of life in this character! It looks like you caught him as he was turning, from the motion in the cig. Nice job on the post-work, too!

Nicely done portrait... very well done... but is that a BOOGER? ewww ...I hope that doesn't effect your score, but from me ya get an 8 for a well-done photo

One issue I have (besides the booger) is a bit too much USM in post-process.
