Started with a color photo, cropped, and converted to duo tone. (Yes, I eluded to someone's impending demise to create a 'challenge' photo, we all will have our BLANKS filled in sooner or later.)

very nice interpretation of the challenge. I wish there was more contrast to distinguish between the tones of the grass and the tones of the gravestone. How eerie to see one's own gravestone, too. I would not like to be Marvel M. Probably why I opt for cremation.

So why is Marvel buried there if he's still alive :-) Very good depiction of the challenge. Looks a tad too sharp on my monitor though - 9.

This is another one of those tombstone riddles that beg for closure. The picture is nice, but I think it would have been better in color to keep the stone marker distinct from the grass. Besides, as it is, the granite pattern coupled with the grassy background grains up a huge portion of the image.

This doesn't evoke any questions from me. I would have preferred a more straightforward angle, ridding the image of the distracting tree on the left. 5 Jak
