 Taken using basic backlighting with a blacklight. In addition there was a blacklight underneath the glass. To give the glass an orange glow on the stem, a flashlight with an orange filter was placed directly underneath the glass. The last light used was a flashlight to light up the umbrella.
Photoshop work: converted from RAW, levels adjusted, curves adjusted, hue/saturation adjusted.

Good look on martini but your eye is pulled to handle which you cannot make out
