| Looks like you didn't have quite enough light to keep your tree from turning into a silhouette. |

| I personally really like silhouettes but the criteria for the challenge was that it not become a silhouette. Very nice aside from that. |

Out of focus and you did not follow the challenge description:
"the subject must not become a silhouette because of the backlighting" |

not sure if this is true to the challenge although it's a wonderful shot
they said no silhouettes |

| its a good attempt, however it looks like there is blur due to camera shake. I assume the shutter speed was really low and it was handheld. I think it would have been much better had you used a tripod. |
