 Submisson straight from KL, Malaysia. Just realised that the deadline is 1/3. Thank God for those timezones...

Opened the JPG (couldn't use the RAW file on this machine), rotated 1 degree, cropped, adjusted levels a bit, resized for the web, saved as JPG, submitted.

a brilliant viewpoint captured expertly. i love the deep color of the sky and the perspective in the buildings- you get e really good sence of scale with this picture. well done

Fits in better in an "architecture" challenge instead of "city life". But it's a nice day and a nice composition. :)

I like the symmetry & perspective in this shot. Could use about a half degree clockwise rotation though.

Great shot of the Petronas - lovely background sky and good level of detail / sharpness in the shot. It would meet a "City" challenge a lot more than "City Life" though. It would still make a great print though.

There seems to be a smudgy grey spot on the sky, in between the tops of the two towers. I wonder why that is? Otherwise the composition is good and I like the photo overall.

Good composition and exposure! It works wel for the subject matter. It almost looks like someone looking over a pair of binoculars.

This kind of photo straight up a building always seems like it should be more interesting than it actually turns out, ends up feeling really static to me and the sky is not all that compelling as a point of final gaze

This is pretty cool, but I feel like if I could see part of the ground or something in it, I would get a better feeling of perspective and not feel as if I'm looking from half-way up the towers.
