 It's a blue LED light that is very out of focus. This is pretty much straight out of camera with one exception.. the "cloud cover" was added with a dodge brush @ 37% opacity, using an eyelash shaped brush, and some clever strokes... well, at least *I* think they're clever.

I also think this is clever! You never fail to impress me with your awesome combination of originality and subtlety. Keep filling your portfolio - I think I better make you a fave photographer. Every time I come here (to your portfolio), I have so much fun!
