An interesting shot because of the angle, but generally unappealing. The foot, hand towel, and floor dust all distract. The subject is center weighted and the falling egg out of focus because of the shutter speed.
And you even have one falling for good measure. Could have been better framed so that broken egg wasn't in center -- like if the bottom third and left third were cropped out. That would also get rid of the out of focus foreground.
The second egg (assuming it is the second egg) is a little more distracting in the photo and the light balance is a little strong on the first egg. Dont envy the cleanup ;-)
