I don't think you need to much of a critique here. This is a very nice photograph and pleasing to the eye. If I had to be picky it would be the at the bottom of the picture around the rock with moss. IMO it's a bit to dark but not much, I don't even think enough to make me take a point of of the picture.
Your horizon is level, nice use of DOF with F22 and the colors are so pleasing and calming to the eye. You did a great job with this picture in the Username challenge. Fits well and nice.
I hope you find this critique helpful. I wish you continued success in upcoming challenges.

| This shot is clearly underrated IMO. This was one of my top picks of the challenge and I was hoping it would ribbon. I love the colors, composition, and subject matter. Nice shot! |

| That is just plain beautiful! It does fit the name perfectly beause of the muted way the colors fade as they get closer to the horizon. |

Very pretty. I wonder if you cropped out the peak in the far back left. Or maybe shot it from the angle so that wasn't visible in the shot. It still wouldn't have the large rock in the foreground dead centered. Just a thought.
Lovely rich hues of blue and lavender. I wish there were a bird on the rock, or something to really give it that extra POP. Good luck!! 7 |
