 I know, I've done flowers before. And I've even done pink ones. But they fit for the challenge. This was easy - I know flowers so well, particularly tulips. And I know how to shoot on Black in my light box. Really gotta challenge myself but I haven't entered in a while... Not that this will score well, especially with 320+ entries, but I felt compelled. Hope you enjoy...

Oh, its not rotated. They hang like that. Guess the stems were too long for the vase. Processed in RAW. Cropped, USM, save for web.

Oh yes. . .I most definitely enjoyed this one! It takes a lot for a flower picture to wow me, but this one does. You have certainly mastered it.

A slightly more shallow DOF would've helped this image quite a bit and would've isolated the closest flower more. However, I like the lighting and composition.

Superb entry, particularly for a flower composition which are often boring. You've captured very good color contrasts, and your use of positions combined with shallow DOF provides an element of action. (9)
