I used a old bullet because of the color, that is why it looks all crusty on the end, but yes it is a real bullet. I think the color of it helps draw more of your attention to it and in turn hopefully you notice the next chamber is empty. The cycle is right, if you were to cock the gun the bullet would be chambered, so I was trying to keep true to what is going to happen next. A little demented I know, but it was all I could come up with.

I still cannot believe that you ended on 34th place???!!! This was one of my three 10s on this challenge, but what can you do. My favourite anyway.
Good luck with further challenges.

DOF adds so much to this picture. It conveys the "in your face" idea very well. Great lighting. Great composition.

Interesting concept. I think DOF is a bit too deep. I gave it 9.

The subject isn't that interesting to me but the photo is very well done. The lighting is good and the focus of your subject is spot on. Good Job 8

Great DOF photo. Very well composed. For me, this one should be in the phobia challenge.

Nice stock photo. I hate guns, but this is very graphic. I'd like to have more negative space to the left.
