 Today, thanks to Ken Priest, I became a member. This is the first idea I could come up with in the 3 hours since I recieved my blue coat.

I adjusted the layers and hue/sat on the backround than did some minor cloning on the road and under the truck. then there was some minor dodging and burning on the toe. finally I adjusted the curves and level with an unsharp mask to finish.
