 This is one of those silly kids toy flashlights with the three arms on it. I took the photo while my little boy was playing with it in the dark. The "black hole" in the top of the circles is where the flashlight's toy top is located.

CRITIQUE CLUB CRITIQUE

Anna, of all the shots I have seen of yours, I think I like this among the best. The color is awesome, and you exhibit a lot of "control" over the focus and stuff. It is very clear and doesn't have a lot of the noise or grain that some long exposures do. I also think it reminds me of speed because it looks like something travelling in a circle really, really fast.

My only critique is that it needs to be rotated clockwise so that the "loops" are almost at a 45 degree angle and could fit in the entire frame. OR widen the framing to include the tips. If you did that, I think it would be more effective. Right now, it looks like it was an "accident" that hte edges were cut off.

I am seeing a lot of improvement in your photography. Keep shooting, take the bad with the good, and chalk it up to education. Who else has more fun than us????

I'm not too sure what it is but I am guessing a ride at the amusement park or something. Wonderful colors and the bright lights are not blown out at all. The crop is also very good, well done - 9.

What did you use to make that? Great color and quality. I'm not to sure about the cropping, would have liked to have seen the whole complete circle. Great photo though :)
