I usually like partial shadow on portraits to add a bit of dramatic element, but in this image perhaps it needs to be a bit more shadowy, or no shadow at all. There might need to be a bit more contrast on the left side of the frame, where currently the dark hair just blends into the background.

She is a great model. Has such maturity for her age. I love this one alot. Great lighting and black and white is the only way to go. SUPERB!!
